General features
TecnoManager is our machine technology management software, required to use WSCM dashboard. This application has all the necessary tools to fully configure the parameters of a machine. More in particular, you can define all the characteristics to:

create a tool database grouped by type (bits, cutters, blades, etc.);

create more machine tooling, where each tool is associated to the reference bushing or spindle on which it is physically mounted. The user completes this tooling in a quick and intuitive way, by dragging and dropping the elements;

set the parameters of the work plane (number of traverses, pod database, etc…);

set the machine technology architecture (head assembly, carousel tool changers, spindle offset dimensions and work area offset dimensions).
Utilities

One single software to fully manage the machine technology;

images and/or photographs of the tools can be inserted to identify them immediately;

high managing versatility for the different types of data typical of machines and tools;

help pictures clarifying the meaning of the data we are entering;

more tooling for one machine can be saved and recalled.
The machine tooling is straight and clear, as it is graphical and non-textual.
This software is part of the WSCM suite, where you can manage the technological parameters of the machine. So, TecnoManager is essential to any manufacturer who wants to configure and manage their machine and all of its technological features.
