Mizar

CODE MIZAR

Mizar is the new line of CNC/PLC controllers created with the aim to improve the performance of Tpa numerical controls by embracing modern technological standards in terms of firmware performance and hardware design.
The product is compact and fanless with dimensions of 73*105*157 mm, it is mountable on a DIN rail and powered by 12 Volt. The configuration of the machine will be developed using Albatros Studio, the new programming software for Mizar that allows defining the machine logical and physical groups, the program functions to be shared in different machine groups, testing your PLC code in simulation mode, multitasking and multibreakpoint debugging, password management with different permission levels that will be stored in the CNC.

General features

​Mizar guarantees a minimum real-time cycle of 250 μs and is equipped with the following communication interfaces:

  • EtherCAT master;

  • CAN-Open Master;

  • OPC UA server;

  • RS485 and RS232;

  • two independent Feed-Rate Override;

  • Watchdog for system supervision;

  • one standard LAN port;

  • WiFi (optional).
