TRM MODULES

Tpa's TRM modules allow expanding all the different inputs and outputs that you want to connect to the control system via EtherCAT FieldBUS. You can stack several expansion modules to each TRM-ECAT module, that is, the coupler, so as to form a compact block that will save space inside the machine switchboard and control a wide variety of signals. Our TRMs are powered by 24 V and can receive/send through digital or analogic inputs and outputs, in voltage and in current, and Encoder inputs and outputs for RGB LED strips. TRM-ECAT

EtherCAT 100 Mb/s BUS coupler.

  • 1 RJ45 EtherCAT input connector;

  • 1 RJ45 EtherCAT output connector;

TRM-IO

Expansion with 16 bidirectional digital inputs/outputs.

  • automatic read-back of digital outputs;

  • RTC rate 500 µs, 1 ms, 2 ms, 4 ms;

TRM-16DI

Expansion with 16 digital inputs.

  • 16 digital inputs 0-24 V;

  • each unit is an EtherCAT 100 Mb/s node with its ESI file;

  • RTC rate 500 µs, 1 ms, 2 ms, 4 ms;

  • dimensions: 108*80*12,5 mm.

TRM-16DI-FAST

Expansion with 16 digital Fast inputs, 24 VDC (10 μs)

  • 16 digital inputs 0-24 V (10 μs);

  • each unit is an EtherCAT 100 Mb/s node with its ESI file;

Expansion that controls 2 channels for RGB LED strips.
